Most products arrive in 5-7 business days, but some apparel items can take up to 20 days to arrive. If you have questions or concerns after placing your order, please contact us with your order number. We will get back to you within 1 business day.
Returns:
Got second thoughts? You've got 30 days from the date you received your item to make a return.
Just make sure the item is in the same condition you received it - unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, hit us up with your order number and the reason for the return (we won't judge). We'll guide you through the steps faster than you can say "Chillennial".
Refunds:
Once we get your return and give it the once-over, we'll let you know if your refund is approved.
